Full Moon Blessings.

On this last full moon of the year, under her beautiful beams take a the time to cleanse and release all that no longer serves you, all that you do not want to bring into the new year.

I release limiting beliefs.
I release pain.
I release my insecurities, fears and doubt.
I release the obstacles in my path.
I release all people and relationships that are not for my highest and greatest good.
I release all that does not serve my soul.

Breathe
Exhale

Release it and ask for it to be transmuted into loving and healing light.
