Good Morning, it is a bit of a dreary day here in Saint John NB. Although I have put it out there that the sun will shine and warm up a wee bit.

I have been dreaming crazy dreams this last week. Not sure what that is all about, but I am sure its for a reason. Anyone else out there having crazy weird dreams?

I feel like big changes are coming, not sure what the universe has in store for me. I am feeling like some life lessons are coming my way. I used to get stressed out when I would get these feelings, that knock at my solar plexus. I try now to just go with the flow, to let life play out, I can’t stress over what I don’t have control over. I can only change what I have to power to change.

These last 10 years I have been doing a lot of inner work, making changes, letting go of things that don’t serve me to my highest good. Something things have worked, somethings have not. Some things have been easy some have been down right awful, icky and hard. There have been tears, there have been hurts, there have been smiles and milestones. I have learned what works for me, but most of all I have learned to trust the process, learned to trust that the universe has my back. I have learned to ask for what I need and what I want, and she has listened. I have learned that I have to power to change and shape my life and I am excited to see what is coming next.

” The Universe is constantly creating. With our every thought we add to that creation. May we always create what is beautiful, joyful and loving.”

So just as I am finishing up guess what the sun is starting to shine. My heart is full and today is going to be a great day.
