I have brightness to offer to the world.
I matter.

What I have to offer matters.

I trust my inner wisdom and my intuition.

I will always try to breathe in calmness and breathe out nervousness.

Wonderful things are unfolding before me.

I forgive myself for the mistakes I have made.

I am letting go of the anger inside me.

So I can see clearly.

I have accepted responsibility if my actions and anger have hurt you.

I apologize.

There is hope and courage deep inside my soul.

I am looking at the world differently.

I will ask for guidance when I can’t find my way.

I will not give up.

I am trusting myself to make the best decisions for me.

I listen to my inner conflict and reflect on it till understand what it truly is.

And then I will let it go and invite in peace.

Not all will understand me.

And that’s ok.

I am a gift.

I am beautiful and wise.

I have value.

Please do not judge me or try to influence me and how I am living my life.

I have the power to leave any situation that does not serve me.
