How easily we can let ourselves get distracted from our goals. It is so easy to stay in bed snuggled under the covers and making up some really good excuses for not exercising.
Anyone else come up with some good excuses?
Well I have decided that I am going back to the mat. This time I am going to do yoga, be a little gentler on my body… or so I thought.
This morning I really didn’t want to get up, my muscles are so sore…. I had to drag myself out of bed, and let me poses were none to easy today.
I am doing the 30 day Yoga Challenge with Adrienne I have started this before, but this time I am determined to keep going. Time to honour my body and my soul. I am ready to grow, I am ready to take another step in my journey.
