My dream was to create a place to come and work on you, and your wellness. To give you the tools and support to achieve your mind, body and spirit goals. To be able to walk with you on your journey to becoming the best version of you.

It is my passion to support all those who walk through the door with their personal transformations providing services such as: Reiki, Yoga, Mediation, Weight Loss Support Group, Hypnosis for Weight Loss as well as Hypnosis for Past Lives, Retreats, Classes, Talks and Workshops.

I have been blessed to work with people who share my dreams and my passions. Without them Oh My Soul and Journey would not be.
