Do you know how to sit in silence? It was one of the hardest things I learned, actually I am still working on it, and I believe will always continue to work on. When I sit in silence I begin to listen, to hear what my body needs, or doesn’t need. To give myself some time to unwind and relax, to replenish.
Do you know how to sit in silence? Does the thought scare you a little? A lot? Are you ready to hear what your body wants or needs?
And most times we don’t want to know, it is easier to be oblivious to what is going on than to have to fix it.
So I encourage you to take a little time for yourself and sit in quiet. Soothe and replenish your soul, let your mind quiet. Give yourself a little inner peace. You might just get the answers you are looking for.
Inner Peace is the path to self acceptance. It will help you to learn how to release all the things that no longer serve you; anger, pain, judgement, sadness any of the emotional shit that keeps your from being the best version of you.
